Library & Knowledge Services: KT Design Collaborative: Resources

What is the KT Design Collaborative?

The CW KT Design Collaborative is a cohort-based learning program that helps participants address workplace knowledge-to-practice gaps by developing change/knowledge translation (KT) initiatives. Through six virtual sessions over eight months, participants apply evidence-informed KT tools, build strategies for change, and receive ongoing mentorship. The program aims to enhance capacity to translate knowledge into practice and drive meaningful improvements in care.
